My boss got me an iced Carmel coffee and a chocolate donut on Thursday . By the end of the day I had very watery diarrhea and terrible cramps. It is now Saturday and I have been dry heaving, nauseous, and overall feel unwell.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
