I ordered coffee and donut, been sh*ing blood for three days, water diarrhea. Almost checked into the hospital could not pinpoint my sickness until a friend of mine got sick and had only eaten here.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Bloody Stool
