- comments: employee coffee/eating area table in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: interior of reach in coolers and freezers in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Instructed to clean and maintain all coolers.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage area in poor condition. Garbage and unnecessary articles on ground around dumpster. Dumpter with lids not tight fitting due to garbage coming out of container.
