Ate a greggs on the snow day in exeter. Only other food consumed for days before/days after was cooked at home and my partner is not sick. I havent been in contact with anyone else with the bug. Violent vomitting, fever and other symptoms followed around 24-48 hours after consumption.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had sausage roll and after eating went home and felt sick. Ended up bed bound for 4 days with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea never felt that way before. Only ate the roll from Gregg in the morning so I know for a fact that was it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
