H-E-B Food Poisoning

It's possible to get food poisoning from grocery stores food and products. The most commonly reported symptoms of H-E-B food poisoning are nausea and diarrhea. Recently H-E-B was forced to remove romaine lettuce off the shelves because of a multistate E. coli scare.

Severe nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, fever/chills, muscle aches, and severe headache within 4 hours of consuming. Visit to urgent care for IV hydration was warranted. Symptoms continued for 12 hours and then resolved.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills

didnt get to finish it bc I was busy but about an hour later I went into purge mode and couldnt even hold down water + had diarrhea for an hour until some bile came up. The only food I ate the day before was homecooked and others ate it with no problems to their stomach, and I have a history of eating rotten food and immediately going into purge mode and getting it out of my system instead of taking hours to develop days worth of food poisoning, so I feel pretty confident in saying the funny tasting soup caused it..
