I visited In N Out after going to Ikea. I ate a cheeseburger without onions, fries, and drank lemonade. The food was good, but once I got home I began to feel uneasy. It turned into a fever and my stomach was upset.

I ate at the In n Out Burger in Reno on Sunday, August 12th. I awoke around 9 hours after eating to wrenching stomach pains and diarrhea for hours. After expelling all the waste I was defacating blood for around 7 hours until the spasms finally relaxed.… See more

Sunday August 12th around 330pm. The only food I ate that day. Double/double fries and chocolate shake.
