Ate the vegetarian, number 13 and a pickle at 1:00 pm. Violent stomach cramps started at 3:30. Violent diarrhea started at 4:45, then vomiting a few minutes later. Still suffering from nausea and terrible diarrhea at 6:15. Chills and body aches have started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache

I ate a bootlegger club (turkey, roast beef, mayo, lettuce and tomato) and a cherry coke. Had very bad diarrhea starting about an hour after eating, still sick two hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My daughter at a turkey slim on Saturday - with lettuce and tomato. 4 hours later she had intense vomiting which lasted 20 hours. A prescription of Nausea relieve, Zofran was called in by her doctor to try to help hydrate her and stop the vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Got the vegetarian sandwich to take to work with me, about two hours after eating it had to call a supervisor to finish my shift due to vomiting on and off and a sudden fever. It was all I had eaten that night, so fairly confident it was the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
