I had chicken with fries. With tartar sauce. I started feeling nauseous about 4-5 hours after I ate and then almost 10 hours later I was projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I have a fever and chills as well!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
