Ordered variety platter, ate one piece of fish, 3 shrimp, could not eat any more because I got a stomach ache and felt nausea. When I brushed my teeth I threw up in the sink. Felt horrible for 6 hours with the heaves. The food was so oily.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had the chicken and hush puppies. A few hours later. I felt nauseous, and so began my nightmare. For 24 hours straight, I both vomited and had diarrhea almost continuously. Even where there was nothing left, I was wretching. This was all I had to eat that day, so I know it was the culprit.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Got 1 chicken 1 fish meal and got very sick a few hours later. I have been very nauseous ans cant hold anything down, also have severe diarrhea and a high fever. Will not eat here again, I have had this problem at this restaurant before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got very ill after eating at Long John Silvers in Moundsville, WV. I ate the fish and more dinner. That night I was very sick and felt like I had food poisoning. Lasted for days. Will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
