Bought take-away of above mentioned item at around 12:30 pm on 9/3/18. Takeaway was cold at time of consumption around 15 minutes after purchasing. Felt uneasy within an hour of eating my meal, and started feeling nauseous within a few hours. Terrible.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting

Ordered variety platter, ate one piece of fish, 3 shrimp, could not eat any more because I got a stomach ache and felt nausea. When I brushed my teeth I threw up in the sink. Felt horrible for 6 hours with the heaves. The food was so oily.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
