Dinner if thin sirloin steak 8 oz with baked potato and caesar salad on Saturday August 31st
Within 30 minutes developed abdominal cramping which became severe, within the hour bloody diarrhea stool , nausea , and fever, sweats

We all ate chicken tenders but only my husband got sick. About 15-18 hours later he had extreme diarrhea, high fever and bad headache. Had to take him to emergency room for fluids and meds, they confirmed salmonella. We think it was from dirty plates that were bought to table to share our dinners.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache

Relative on her way to the airport stop to have late lunch at 3:00 at 4:17 in route she complained of stomach hurting and feeling like she had to barf we pull into a gas station where she began to run to the restroom and she started barfing everywhere so I brought 7up, water, Just one, 30 minutes  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

I ordered a chicken salad with feta cheese (I think it came with strawberries as well). I've been having severe diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea as well as muscle cramps.
