Suspicion of food poisoning.
My girlfriend and I ate burgers and nuggets at McD's. During the night, we threw up very often and had stomach cramps until the morning hours.

Start: approx. 6 hours after ingestion

Alleged source: Burgers or nuggets  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Had a Mcdouble combo at Mcdonalds on 4350 wellington rd south. At 1 PM, only thing I ate all day. Around 5 PM stomach started hurting soo bad, having really bad diarrhea and nausea, feel like death… Never again eating this sh*t  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I bought a medium sized vanilla milkshake with no whipped cream around 7PM 11/22/24. Within 40 minutes I started to feel unwell.
3 hours later my stomach becomes very upset and I pass bloody diarrhea.
It is 10:54 PM now and I just threw it all up… See more
