I believe it was their french fries because they both ate them earlier today around 2:00 PM. They also ate mango chicken at 8:15pm est However the symptoms started as they were eating that meal. So I think it had to be from what they consumed earlier.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Blurry vision

I ate an egg biscuit at 8:30 am today with nothing else except a glass of RO water at my house. It was a plain biscuit with egg only - nothing else on it. By 10 am I was very nauseous. By 10:30 am I was vomiting.… See more

Possibly a sausage McMuffin from here, 1 person sick. Symptoms started about 3:00pm. 4 hours after food was consumed. Prior to that meal my husband and I had eaten exactly all of the same foods for two days straight   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
