My husband and I had egg white McMuffins. 10 hours later we were SO sick. Severe diarrhea and vomiting. We haven’t ever been that sick. We couldn’t hold anything down for a full 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I got a choc and vanilla shake last evening .Immediately after drinking I had sour stomach, cramps, and threw up explosively at least 4 times.Barely slept but woke up with sour stomach still today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
