Bought chicken nuggets with fries, nuggets seemed to be very undercooked and soft/mushy, fries tasted like they were left out for hours. Became severely ill, vomiting and diarrheaing the entire night of 12/10 into 12/11 afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the quarter pounder with real beef at wixom in grand river Michigan, McDonald’s.
after a couple hours I started vomiting and diarrhea. Worst feeling to get food poisoning
