This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

We took our two sons to the food court during our UH visit. My husband and I ate at Panda Express but the boys both ate at McDonalds. 6-8 hours later they were both experiencing vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate yesterday at 8am roughly and ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. Within an hour of eating I was nauseous. Within two I experienced violent stomach cramps and chills. It lasted all day and was slightly present the next morning. No headaches or muscle ache.… See more
