Husband got MOD pizza with pepperoni, cheese and mushrooms. He had stomach cramps and diarrhea about 20 min after eating it. This happened once before at the same restaurant but he thought it was the jalapeños. Apparently not  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Got my usual Pizza with artichokes and chicken, I had other ingredients but I think the artichoke and chicken caused my illness. Took about 8 hours until I was throwing up like crazy  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
