Friday night my son went with his grandma he got a pizza with different meats on it. His grandma got something different with no meat. Then around 3am he woke up violently ill throwing up. He could not get out of bed the rest of all of Saturday.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Husband got MOD pizza with pepperoni, cheese and mushrooms. He had stomach cramps and diarrhea about 20 min after eating it. This happened once before at the same restaurant but he thought it was the jalapeños. Apparently not  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
