I ate the soup and salad with breadstcks and had a few sips of water. Within 20-25 min my stomach started gurgling a few min later I rushed to the bathroom and experienced a few episodes of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate salad, 11/2 breadsticks, salmon w/broccoli entree. Chocolate mousse dessert shooter. Also, 10 days prior I ate at same location (Green Acres mall) & got stomachache but no diarrhea. Ate salad & shrimp scampi, breadsticks. No dessert. Will avoid OG for a long while.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

9:30 pm on a Saturday night. I had chicken piccata and gnocchi soup. While still at the restaurant, 15 minutes later after I started my meal, I felt tummy ache and had to go to the restroom. I ended up leaving the restaurant without finishing half of my plate. The piccata tested weird.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a salad, I ate it at around 4:30. Right after I ate the first bite is when I started to have problems. I think I might be elergic so something in it but I'm not sure.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
