Yesterday but I’m speaking with the Restaurant’s Manager now , Pretty sure it was the chicken gnocchi soup I’m waiting to find out exactly what time my grandson ate at here so the Manager can check on other cases for me. Just scary since he’s a child   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Went on 3/15. i had cheese stuffed shells and chicken gnocchi soup, which were the only things i ate that day. developed incredibly severe hives, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting within 12 hours. had to be hospitalized twice. i have no food allergies and have never had any food poisoning this severe.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
