I had Chicken gizzards afternoon of 7/31/25.
That night I had diarrhea, stomach ache and headaches. Went to Edwards Elmhurst hospital where they confirmed that bacteria was found in my stole sample. I have the receipt from my purchase to prove the purchase.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

We ate there Wednesday afternoon. I had the chicken chimichanga. I did notice at the time that it tasted different though it did not taste bad. Thursday morning started vomiting.
