My husband and I went out to dinner on Saturday 4/16/2022. The bloomin onion was the only thing that we both ate. We became violently ill at about 24 hours and were sick for 3 days. My husband even passed out. Still recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We requested Junior Ribs accompanied by El Ranchito and Homemade Golden Potatoes. The food was extremely spicy and greasy, where everyone ended up feeling sick right after lunch with a vomiting attack and food poisoning. We're not sure, but after eating the Outback ribs, my dad got diarrhea today is the fifth day and we're in the hospital doing tests. He's on a super regulated diet and the only variation on Friday night was some outback ribs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered for delivery through doordash on April 5th, 2022 around 7:30pm I had pasta, steak and potatoes. Around 35 minutes after i finished eating my stomach was having horrible cramps and I felt nauseous 10 minutes after was having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
