Family had a group meal with another family for mother’s day. Everyone who had either the thousand island or ranch dressing had terrible vomitting/diarrhea. I ate the salad without the dressing. First off, service wasn’t great. We had to ask several times to see our server. But I got a medium well sirloin and a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad. I woke up early in the morning and vomited a lot. I felt so horrible that I went to the ER. My stomach pain was excruciating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
