Wife, son, and I all came down with severe nausea and diarrhea after sharing a shrimp pad thai. In the bathroom, noticed a worker dash from a stall to the kitchen without washing their hands.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

PF Chang’s, 3 out of 3 sick. My daughter got the pain in her stomach a few hours after dinner l, nausea and the vomiting. She has been vomiting since about 2:30 am. I have had the pain and now vomiting and diarrhea. Same for the other guest started overnight.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Our family went to dinner at Changs Friday night March 1st.
Those of us who ate the beef and broccoli became very sick within 12 hours. I’ve now had diarrhea for 3 nonstop. My sister, her husband, and one of her daughters who ate the broccoli all have had diarrhea since Saturday morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
