On June 28, 2024, I ate there around 8pm ordered the Chef's Feast with Mandarin crunch salad, chicken lettuce wraps, and Chang's spicy chicken. The next morning I had stomach, pain, nausea, and diarrhea. I did not eat out anywhere else that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

On June 2nd If a mushroom is in bad shape I ordered a pad thai, coconut curry. The mushroom was very black and when chewed on it it felt very slimy and too intense in taste. At 5 o'clock I was dying with a fever of 39 degrees.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
