We went to PF Changs around 6:30pm and got Orange Chicken & Honey Shrimp. Now at 12AM, I texted my friend telling her I felt that I needed to puke - she texted back immediately and said she had puked and also had diarrhea. On June 2nd If a mushroom is in bad shape I ordered a pad thai, coconut curry. The mushroom was very black and when chewed on it it felt very slimy and too intense in taste. At 5 o'clock I was dying with a fever of 39 degrees.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
