I went to the restaurant and ordered the food: chow mein, orange chicken, egg rolls. I bit into a piece after i had already eaten a good amount to them see that the chicken was pink. I instantly got diarrhea and started vomiting. I am still very nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Went there last night before closing time. Woke up this morning with vomiting, chills, diarrhea and severe headache. Can't keep water down. Had to call out of work today when I am extremely needed. Walnut shrimp.  Began to feel stomach discomfort, abdominal cramps, vomiting then severe diarrhea and dehydration. 4 hours after consumption. Only I got sick.
