Thurs 9/1/22, Delivery order from here by Door Dash can confirm I've had this identical order 4 other times in last 3 weeks. No major illness those times.

update 09/02: Diarreha thru the nite. Despite diabetes, drinking Gatorade to avoid hydration & weakness. Food has no appeal.  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate orange chicken and low mein with an egg roll and ragoons. That night, my entire body hurt, and I was extremely sore. Also had a fever of 103 and chills. Couldn’t leave my bed the entire day. The chicken also tasted funny when I was eating it, and the noodles tasted dry. Wont ever eat here again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Soreness
