Panera bread’s avocado melt and chicken noodle soup, I was fine for a few hours but I got stomach cramps early the next morning. I ate at about 9 or 10 at night. The next day I woke up with diarrhea. Symptoms took about 6 hours to set in because I was asleep.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Don't know if it was a salad or the macaroni from Panera Bread, Both my wife and I. Felt bloated all afternoon after eating. Didn't have an appetite around dinner time. Diarrhea started around 1800 and is every 20-30 minutes since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloating, Loss of Appetite

I ordered a grilled cheese and mac and cheese bread bowl, absolutely horrible. Workers were too busy cracking jokes about their weekends then actually making my food right, cause now it’s 6 am workday and i just puked all over the side of the road while driving.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
