Had the Caesar salad with chicken, chicken noodle soup, 1/2 iced tea and 1/2 papaya drink.

On 2/28 I had the chicken chipotle avocado melt with creamy tomato soup for lunch and in the middle of the night I had both extreme and violent V & D. It was absolutely horrible and 5 days later I am still not fully recovered in my GI tract.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
