Ate at Panera 1/22/24. Just some tea and an avocado chicken melt. 3-4 hours later my stomach started hurting. Shortly after I was vomiting the worst I have in my whole life, diarrhea ensued shortly after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
