I ate the garlic sauce stuffed crust pizza with onions and pineapple, about an hour later I was sick to my stomach with vomiting and diarrhea all night into the morning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I also had bad cramping after eating pizza two days ago and still have these symptoms to this day., Only two of us eat it and we both got sick and the symptoms started that night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
