Last night my fiance bout a cheese stuffed crust pizza and a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. My fiance only ate pepperoni, my daughter on ate cheese and I ate a little of both. Within a couple of hours my daughter and I were feeling really sick, by 2 am, we were both throwing up everywhere.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

we had a meal deal consisting of pizza, wedges ,cheesy triangles & cheesy garlic bread on 24th december around 9pm today we all have vomiting nausea & fever which has ruined our christmas  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Me and my brother ate pizza hut and about an hour later started feeling sick. We both threw up two times and feel it was the chicken spinach pizza we ate. 4 hours later and I'm still feeling nauseous and light headed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My wife ordered two pizza and 8 wings from Pizza Hut. After pick up we got home and my wife was the only one who had wings. 2 hours later she started vomiting none stop and had diarrhea. It’s been 4 hrs so far and she is not getting any better probably we are gonna end up in emergency room tonight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Today 12/23 at 3:30 pm, My kids ordered the pizza box from Pizza Hut with one cheese pizza and one with chicken topping, the box also contained chicken wings and breadsticks, 4-6 hours after eating they complained of severe stomach pain and then dirriah and then they throw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
