I bought chicken wings from the deli (Sell by 10:47 PM) around 8:30 PM and I started vomiting/diarrhea around 11:30 PM-05:30 AM. My girlfriend also had two wings and threw up.. The chicken wings must’ve been sitting out all day. Unacceptable  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Vanilla cupcake with frosting from there Ate a cupcake on an empty stomach and didn't eat anything else afterwards. Nausea began between 1-2 hours later. I was very bloated. Vomited 3 or 4 times between 9:30pm and 3am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

Grapes I ate the grapes and in 30 minutes I got the chills and 30 more minutes later I vomited up the grapes. I had the same food as my boyfriend except he didn't have any grapes and he didn't get sick. Grapes have not made me sick before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
