Burrito bowlI went to Qdoba with my girlfriend I ordered the burrito bowl And within five hours became violently ill throwing up and even defecating on myself out of nowhere I was sick for the next 48 hours it was horrible I could not stop throwing up I will never eat there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

5:00pm Chicken Burrito Bowl, bbq sauce, cheese, bacon, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, nacho flakes. Symptoms began 1:00am that night and lasted 24hrs. 3 bouts of full on vomiting and 9 rounds of diarrhea. Fever of 101.7F.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
