Burrito bowlI went to Qdoba with my girlfriend I ordered the burrito bowl And within five hours became violently ill throwing up and even defecating on myself out of nowhere I was sick for the next 48 hours it was horrible I could not stop throwing up I will never eat there again  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

5:00pm Chicken Burrito Bowl, bbq sauce, cheese, bacon, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, nacho flakes. Symptoms began 1:00am that night and lasted 24hrs. 3 bouts of full on vomiting and 9 rounds of diarrhea. Fever of 101.7F.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a burrito with chicken, pinto beans, white rice, chicken, corn, lettuce and cheese and ended up profusely vommiting a few hours later and it continued into the night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
