Yesterday, I ate a chicken bowl with lettuce, chicken, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, peppers and onions, guacamole and diablo nacho cheese. I have had severe diarrhea for the past 12 hours and cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I got a burrito bowl with rice pinto beans ground beef queso cheese and guacamole and I knew off the bat something tasted odd. Now it’s 2 in the morning and I am DYING  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, cheese, romaine, fajita veggies, corn, cilantro lime dressing, and pico. I ate it for lunch on Friday around 1 and experienced nausea at 4am-1pm the following day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
