I ate about 5pm yesterday. Fever and chills started around 1030pm. Had a hard time sleeping aches and pains. About 130 pm today the diarrhea and vomiting started. Fever still present at 99.6. Highest was 101.7  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

Ate there last night, 5/27, at approx. 7. At approx 12:15 a I started having stomach pains and nausea. I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. Didn't feel well all day today.
