The only thing that I had different than anyone else, was a fillet steak and a Caesar salad. After about an hour after eating that I ended up throwing up in the restaurant bathroom.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a single Ribeye cooked medium in the evening. Woke up in the middle of the night to dry-heave. Passed in about 24 hours. High level of confidence it was from there  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
