Bought a box of these on Saturday and ate them that night, woke up with extreme fatigue, body aches, headache, nausea, chills and diarrhea. I suspect it was the pancakes sausage since I hadn't ate anything since that morning and felt completely fine. I bought a pre-made salad (chicken caesar) and started feeling bad in about four hours. My symptoms were like e-coli poisoning: 101 fever for over 24 hours, diarrhea and nausea. My stomach felt like it was brewing beer and was super hot.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ate Safeway’s ground beef and whole family ended up with severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, muscle aches and weakness within 24-48 hrs after consuming.
