I ate it on 1/13/18 at around 12:15pm. Felt sick right after eating it, threw up as soon as I got home at 4pm.
Haven’t stopped throwing up and have a huge headache. Second time this happens off eating tuna sandwich  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate last night at about 930- we had tuna sandwich with works, chicken with works and spicy Italian with works. We felt sick that night but then in the middle of the night we all got sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and continue having nausea and fevers.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
