Made my own salad yesterday for lunch. The base was a mixture with Romaine & Spinach. Got extreme abdominal cramps around 8:00pm along with nausea & diarrhea- about 6 hours after consumed the salad. The pain and discomfort has lasted through the night into the next. Extremely painful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ate a guacamole greens salad around 2pm on Monday Dec 18th. Nausea kicked in around midnight and vomiting ensued for 4-6 hours. Fatigue and cramping followed for 12-24hrs. Reported to LA County Public Health Dept. as well.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue
