After eating the nacho fries and burrito I had extreme bloating, within a few hours I threw up chunks of cheese and meat, I also had painful burning diarrhea and have not been able to eat for the rest of the day (I ate at 1:00, vomiting started at 4:00 PM haven’t ate since then it is now 10:00 PM)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating

I ate a nacho fire bell grande and a 5 layer beef burrito. I literally have been burping up nacho fries for 5 hours and can't even sit up because the indigestion and stomach pain is so bad when I do that I immediately want to sit down.
