Had potato soft tacos, bean burritos, 7-layer burritos. Within minutes of eating experienced gas followed by diarrhea. 24 hours later diarrhea has not abated and seems to be getting worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

I ate my hard shell taco and within minutes I was having severe stomach pain. I then went and shit liquid and dry heaved. I had to make myself throw up just to feel better. I purchased a Mexican pizza from this location on October 12, 2017 at about 12:30 pm. A few hours later I had several diarrhea fits which subsided later in the evening. The only explanation is the food from taco bell was tainted because that was all I ate that day besides a banana and coffee.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
