Four of the seven individuals in our group purchased different hoagies at Wawa. Within hours of consumption, three of the four individuals began experiencing symptoms of varying severity, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, body aches, fever, fatigue, dizziness, weakness, and headache.

Picked up a 10 inch hoagie from Wawa on Perkiomen Ave, in Exeter Twp., Reading, PA. Currently really sick. Projectile vomiting, stomach pains and cramps, diarrhea. Ate nothing else today.
