I ordered #1 double... no mayo, add ketchup. Fries and coke zero at 8:20 pm on 1/4/21 and woke up nauseous at 1am on 1/5/21 with diarrhea, vomiting and lightheaded

On Jan 3 at approximately 12am I had a 4 for 4, which consisted of a Chicken BLT, small fries, 4 nuggets and coca cola. I shared the fries, nuggets and soda with my nephew. Within approximately 30-45mins i started having diarrhea and my nephew woke up… See more

I ate the southwest salad. The salad tasted like it was not even washed the tomato was mushy. As soon as I ate all of the meal 20 minutes later I got diarrhea loose diarrhea, It happened on January 1 2020  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
