I ate at this Wendy’s on 7/9/2018 at approximately 12:30. I had the #10 meal (chicken nuggets and fries) about 2 hours later I had extreme stomach pain, chills, and nausea which eventually led to violent vomiting. I am currently still experiencing these symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

I ate Wendys on August 8, 2018 I had a number 10 with baconator fries a double chocolate chip cookie a strawberry lemonade and ranch and creamy Saracha on the side I developed symptoms a few hours later intense neausa, vomiting, and diarrhea it’s now been two days and symptoms have not gone away  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

We were traveling, I’m the only one who got sick. My husband is fine. Nausea started 30-45min after eating and vomiting 60-90min. Vomiting continued every 30-60 for 12 hours. Then diarrhea began.
