Ate a 4 for 4 double stack burger with a root beer for lunch. Got really tired so took a nap. Woke up severely dehydrated and extremely nauseous. Violented vomited everything up. I feel better now tho.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Had a double stack, a grilled chicken sandwich, & shared fries. My husband and I stopped there around 3 pm yesterday. By 6 we both had nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Both still feeling the effects today.
