Wendy's Food Poisoning

Vomiting and diarrhea are commonly reported symptoms from Wendy's food poisoning and the most reported diagnosis is Salmonella. There was also an E. coli outbreak that took place at Wendy's in Oregon 2000 and there was a possible Hepatitis A contamination at a Kansas location in 2019.

Ate only fries last night (4/19). Immediately knew they tasted different. Within 3 hours I was vomiting and diarrhea. It won’t stop either. Going on 10+ hours.
