I purchased a number 4 meal at around 730 pm. I got home and finished the meal at around 8:20pm. At 2am I awoke with stomach pain and a urge to defecate. I ran to the toilet and had explosive diarrhea. I called the manager the next morning at 7:10 am and told him the problem.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
