Salad bar beets, kale, tofu, chicken
Friday 2/16/24 made salad at salad bar around 830 am. Had for lunch. About 12 hours later, violently vomitted every few hours all night and next morning. Fever, chills. No other food was eaten after that meal, so pretty certain it was from the salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
