I’ve never had food poisoning in my life but last night I got minced ground beef from WinCo and used it in my Salisbury steak. I cooked everything properly but woke up this morning with a fully bloated stomach that turned into throwing up and diarrhea. bought bare chicken breasts. Baked them in the oven and ate them at 5:00. Have spent 46 hours thinking I would die. My husband also got sick.
